Now don’t worry—we’re not talking about a full renovation. However, a few smart, strategic fixes can boost your home’s value, make your photos pop online, and leave buyers saying “wow,” instead of “whoa.” Trust me … you don’t want to be a “whoa.”

Here’s your fun and practical guide to what to fix before hitting the market:
